Export-oriented manufacturing businesses	Tenant’s sales one year before its tenancy application should be over 50% of its total sales for the relevant period
Foreign-invested manufacturing corporations	Foreign investment must be over 100 million won, of which the foreign investor holds over 10% of the total stocks or the total investment amount
Export- and import-oriented wholesale businesses	Tenant’s import and export volume one year before its tenancy application must be over 50% of its total trade volume for the relevant period
Logistics businesses in the fields of cargo handling, transportation, storage and exhibition; multimodal logistics including international transportation services, international shipping trade, packaging, repair, processing, and assembly
