Masan Free Trade Zone Office
has been established on January, 1970 based on the special law as the first-ever foreign exclusive industrial complex in Korea.
There are two types of factories in Free Trade Zone, a private factory and a standard factory.
Private Factory
The factory can be built by companies' own on the government owned sites.

Standard Factory and Building Area
- It is a type of 3 or 4-story apartment building, in case the manufacturing facility is
equipped, it is immediately available for production.
- width 164.4m, length 20.55m, height 4.2m building by each story total area 3496.02㎡
- minimum rental area 595㎡
