MANAGEMENT TEAM
- Reception of revenues and affairs related to the leasing of land and factories
- Granting permission to move in and the follow-up management of tenants
- Business cooperation with administrative agencies operating in the FTZ
- Management of public facilities including standardized factories
- Documentation, human resource management, financial control and safety control
Export Industry Team
- Attraction, PR and export promotion of foreign investments
- R&D/ Corporate assistance
- Granting permission to move in, and the construction and management of the complex
- Granting permission to set up structures and other fixtures
Emergency Planning Team
- Execution of government drills (Ulji Drill) to cope with state emergency
- Defence and protection of FTZ (Access control)
- Operation and management of private police
- Affairs related to civil defence corps and other contingency plans
