Public Service Charter of AADFTZ

  • We at AADFTZ shall practice the following to provide kind and fast services to our visitors and tenants (“customers”).
    1. We shall do our best to provide impressive services to our customers.
2. We shall perform all our services from the point of view of our customers to serve their purposes. 3. We shall immediately correct our unkind and inappropriate services to our customers, if any, and shall compensate our customers for any inconvenience caused. 4. We shall regularly educate ourselves to correct our inappropriate services based on customer satisfaction surveys.
    To achieve these goals, we set Public Service Fulfillment Standards, and are striving to practice them.

Public Service Fulfillment Standards

01. Customer Service Criteria

  • Services for Visiting Customers
    • We will kindly provide consultation services to visiting customers.
    • We will let other staffers, if the related staffer is unavailable, provide consultation services.
    • We will not keep visiting customers waiting for more than 10 minutes.
    • We will welcome our customers in decent attire and with a kind attitude, and hand our name card to
      them f irst.
  • Services for Customer Requests by Phone
    • We will answer phone calls before the bell sounds three times.
    • Upon picking up the phone, we will first say our department and name.
    • If the related staffer is unavailable, we will make sure that a message will be left for him/her to
      return your call.
    • Regarding important questions on laws and ordinances, which require preparation for us to
      answer appropriately and which go beyond the judgment of the related staffers, we will answer you
      as soon as possible by calling you.
  • Services for Customer Requests by Mail
    • We will let all documents related to customer service requests be handled quickly, fairly,
      and accurately by related staffers.
    • If we have to delay the handling of customer service requests beyond the due time, we will let you
      know the reason and our projected deadline.
    • We will handle requests for issuance of various certificates within one hour of the request.

02. Cooperation from Customers

  • This Charter is designed to require our officials to perform their duties reliably, in relation to which we ask for our customer’s cooperation as follows.
    • In submitting service requests, please write down your name, address, phone number, etc. accurately.
    • If we cannot accede to your requests due to laws and systems or for the benefit of a greater number
      of people, we ask for your generous understanding.
    • If you want to visit us or receive consultation services by phone, please make a reservation for
      your service request to get better service.
    • Please recommend any exemplary and kind official so that we can praise him/her and promote
      our services.

03. How to Suggest Opinions

  • Our customers have the right to receive kind and fair services. So please share your opinions with us constructively
