Application for Foreign Investor Registration
Foreign investors should register with the authorities within 30 days of raising the foreign investment.

One copy of the foreign investor registration application under the Foreign Investment Promotion Act
One copy of the certificate of foreign currency (deposit and withdrawal)
One copy of the company's Incorporation Register Book (business registration certificate for private investors)

Review and Approval of Tenancy Applications
Review and approve tenancy applications in accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Designation and Operation of FTZs
Approval of Facility Installation and Construction
Private factories should obtain construction approval within 180 days of their tenancy approval, or should report their construction within 150 days thereof.
Standard factories should complete the installation of facilities within 150 days of the lease agreement date.

Foreign investors in FTZ will benefit from various tax breaks regardless of their business type and investment size.
