Administrative Works

• Collect DFTZ tax revenues and perform services related to land and factory rents, etc.
• Approve tenancy for banks, insurance firms, tariff offices, and other support firms, and process leasing of facilities
• Maintain, repair, and manage state facilities within the complex, such as roads and standard factories
• Undertake work related to FTZ access and security
• Coordinate with support administrative agencies within the FTZ
• Oversee defense planning and security within the FTZ

Export Works

• Attract foreign-invested corporations and publicize the FTZ
• Approve tenancy (change of tenancy) and undertake follow-up work
• Approve and authorize the construction of factories and buildings
• Approve exports and imports, and promote exports
• Undertake the provision of information, consultation services, and investment publicity with regard to the FTZ
